1. This promotion is open to individuals who show evidence of the promotion as advertised on Dishoom’s Instagram Account or via selected 3rd parties, excluding employees of Dishoom, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Each day during the Promotional Period (as defined below), Dishoom will advertise on the Dishoom Instagram Account (and via other marketing channels) a single complementary menu item available to redeem in any Dishoom café that day during the specified hours. On select days the single complementary item will also be available at Dishoom’s Permit Room cafés during the specified hours. (the Promotion).
3. The Promotion runs between Monday 15th September and Monday 29th September 2025 inclusive (the Promotional Period).
4. The Promotion is limited to the advertised item on the specified day, during the advertised availability period only.
5. To participate, visit any Dishoom (or Permit Room) café, order your complimentary item and show your server evidence of the daily promotion advertised on Dishoom’s Instagram Account (or promotional email).
6. This Promotion is only available to dine in guests, and is subject to availability.
7. Each day the Promotion may only be claimed once per table.
8. No purchase is necessary, but additional items will be charged at their standard price.
9. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
10. Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept the evidence of the advertised promotion if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
12. Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
13. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
14. By presenting evidence of the advertised Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
