Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is open to those that possess a Dishoom / Permit Room £10 Voucher, excluding employees of Dishoom, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- The bearer of a Dishoom / Permit Room £10 Voucher is entitled to a £10 discount on a spend of £40 or more (excluding Service Charge) at Dishoom or Permit Room cafes. (the Promotion). More than one £10 Voucher may be used in the same transaction, so long as only one voucher is used for every £40 of spend.
- The Promotion runs between Thursday 1st January 2026 and Thursday 26th February 2026 inclusive at any Dishoom or Permit Room café, and is valid Monday to Thursday only. (the Promotional Period).
- To participate visit any Dishoom or Permit Room café and show your server your £10 Voucher(s) when ordering.
- This Promotion is only available to dine in guests paying by debit or credit card. Please note we do not accept American Express (AMEX).
- Each Dishoom / Permit Room £10 Voucher may only be claimed once during the Promotional Period. Redeemed vouchers will be retained at the cafe.
- This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
- Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept a Dishoom / Permit Room £10 Voucher if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
- Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
- The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
- By presenting your Dishoom / Permit Room £10 Voucher, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
