1. The Permit Room competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted by following@dishoompermitroom on Instagram and commenting and tagging at least one person on the competition post. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 16:00.00 on Thursday 5th March 2026. The closing date of the competition is 23:59:59 on 12th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. One winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 13th March 2026 ("Draw Date").

The winner will receive a Permit Room Liverpool prize for a weekend away including:

(a) 1x night stay at School Lane Hotel at a date of their choosing, subject to availability (use by the end of 2026)

(b) breakfast, lunch and dinner covered at Permit Room Liverpool

(c) £50 Wander voucher (gift shop)

(d) £50 Rough Trade voucher

(e) 2x memberships at the blue coat gallery

(f) Tap room tour and beer tasting at Black Lodge Brewery

1. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM using account details provided at entry before 18th March 2026. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 calendar days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
2. The prize may be redeemed on the winners choosing, subject to availability
3. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to Permit Room Competition, Dishoom Limited, 141–143 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JE (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to either or both of your surname and county being published or made available, please confirm this with the Promoter when claiming your prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize, to anyone who breaches these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. Please also see condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
