1. The Promoter of the offer is Dishoom Limited, Suite 5, 7th Floor 50 Broadway, London SW1H 0DB (Dishoom).
2. The Deliveroo Diamond Christmas Matka Promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over. It supersedes all previous Matka offers.
3. The Promotion runs from midday to close each day from 18th November to 8th December 2024 (Promotion Period) at all Dishooms and Permit Rooms.
4. To play, a guest must be in possession of an active Deliveroo Diamond account at the time of dining.
5. All guests (minimum four per party) must purchase the Christmas and Winter Feasting menus only.
6. Proof of an active Deliveroo Diamond account must be presented to the server at the time the party's bill is requested. One roll only per party / booking no matter how many Deliveroo Diamond members are present.
7. If a six is rolled the entire party’s / booking's meal is free, subject to a maximum credit of £1,000 per party. Winning guests will remain liable for sums in excess of £1,000.
8. Even if your meal is on Dishoom, we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.
9. If a one to five is rolled, the entire party will be provided with breakfast naan roll vouchers to be redeemed on their next visit. One per person.
10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
12. Dishoom will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Dishoom seeks to run a fair promotion. If a guest does not act fairly, is dishonest, breaches or is not entitled under these Terms & Conditions, Dishoom reserves the right to refuse to allow either a roll of the dice and/or to award a free meal.
14. By presenting proof of your active Deliveroo Diamond account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
15. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
16. Dishoom reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or withdraw this Promotion.
17. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
