We are extremely excited to bring our big, loud, bright, colourful Diwali celebrations to Birmingham for the very first time. Diwali, or the Festival of Lights, is celebrated in Bombay and across the world, welcoming in light, goodness and hope along with the New Year. Families gather, neighbours swap mithai, fireworks paint the skies in glittering colours, and pure joy fills the air. It's the beautiful triumph of light over darkness, good over evil.

We invite you to join us as we light up Birmingham with a night of delicious food, beautiful mehendi, brilliant music, dancing and New Year revelry. Come, celebrate with us.

A thrilling line-up awaits, curated by BBC Asian Network – a station proudly based in Birmingham that has consistently championed South Asian creatives and music, bringing people together through powerful storytelling and sound. For Dishoom Diwali, they have crafted a line-up glittering with trailblazing South Asian sounds to set hearts alight and inspire connection. Shimmy into the New Year with hands adorned beautifully with intricate mehendi – freely available to all throughout the night.

A VEGETARIAN FEAST TO DELIGHT

Your ticket includes an abundant vegetarian (or vegan) feast of Dishoom favourites, ending sweetly with dessert. Help yourself as often as you like to ample snacks and plentiful puddings. Complimentary chai and mithai will be at your fingertips, too. Belly gratification guaranteed.

Kindly note: The meal will be available between 7pm – 9.30pm, with dessert following shortly after.
