September Supper Club Ballot and Ticket


1. THE PROMOTER AND THE EVENT

1.1 The promoter of this ballot (the "Ballot") is Dishoom Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number (06226963), whose registered office is at Suite 5, 7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London SW1H 0DB ("Dishoom", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2 The Ballot relates to the September Supper Club to be held at Dishoom, Shoreditch on 14 and 15 September (the "Event").

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Ballot is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of Dishoom and of its group companies, and employees of any agency or other party professionally connected with the Ballot or the Event, and in each case their immediate families and members of their households, may not enter.

2.3 You may enter the Ballot once only. Duplicate entries will be consolidated and treated as a single entry.

2.4 Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Bulk entries, entries submitted by automated means, and entries submitted by third parties or agents on your behalf are not permitted and will be disqualified.

2.5 You must provide accurate and complete information when you enter. We may disqualify any entry which is incomplete or inaccurate, or which we reasonably believe has been submitted in breach of these terms.

3. WHAT THE BALLOT OFFERS

3.1 Entry to the Ballot is free and no purchase is necessary in order to enter.

3.2 Successful entrants are offered the opportunity to reserve up to one pair (2) of tickets to the Event on one date.

3.4 Selection in the Ballot does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are secured only once the reservation has been completed in accordance with clause 5.

3.5 There is no cash alternative and places in the Ballot are not exchangeable.

4. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, Follow @dishoom, tag your intended guest, and comment with your preferred date: SUPPERCLUB14 for the evening of Monday 14th September, or SUPPERCLUB15 for the evening of Tuesday 15th September.

4.2 The Ballot opens on Wednesday 26 August and closes at 9.00am (UK time) on 1 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

4.3 We will not change the closing date unless unavoidable circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

4.4 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. THE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION

5.1 Successful entrants will be selected at random from all valid entries on 1 September 2026.

5.2 The draw will be carried out using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

5.3 We will notify successful entrants by email to the address given on entry. It is your responsibility to check your inbox (including junk and promotions folders).

5.4 The notification will contain a link which must be used to complete your reservation within 24 hours

5.5 If the reservation is not completed by that deadline, the offer will lapse and the allocation may be offered to another entrant.

5.6 If any allocations remain unclaimed, a further draw will be held on 2 September, and clauses 5.1 to 5.5 will apply to it, save that the reservation deadline will be 24 hours from the redraw email notification

5.7 Selection is made at random and we cannot enter into correspondence about individual entries. Nothing in this clause affects your legal rights.

5.8 We will make available the surname and county of successful entrants to anyone who writes to eventsteam@dishoom.com within six weeks of the draw. If you would prefer that we did not do this, or that we made less information available, please tell us at eventsteam@dishoom.com when you enter or at any time before the draw.

6. TICKETS AND ADMISSION

6.1 Tickets are valid only for the date, time and venue shown on the ticket.

6.2 Tickets are personal to you and your guest and must not be resold, offered for resale, or transferred for profit or commercial gain. If you need to change the name of your guest, please contact eventsteam@dishoom.com at least 48 hours before the Event and we will do so free of charge where it is practicable.

6.3 You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) on arrival. We may also ask the lead booker to confirm their identity.

6.4 All attendees, including guests, must be aged 18 or over.

6.5 Tickets are non-refundable.

7. AT THE EVENT

7.1 We ask all attendees to behave respectfully towards our teams and other guests. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, anyone who behaves unlawfully, abusively or in a way that is seriously disruptive to others, or who is in material breach of these terms or of the venue's rules.

7.2 If you or your guest has a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please tell us when you complete your reservation and in any event no later than 48 hours before the Event. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate you, but our kitchens handle nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame and other allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7.3 The Event menu is subject to change depending on availability of ingredients.

8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

8.1 If we need to make a material change to the Event (including a change of date or venue, or a significant change to the format) or to cancel it, we will tell you as soon as reasonably practicable and you may choose to: (a) attend the Event as changed or rescheduled.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

9.1 We, and photographers or videographers engaged by us, may take photographs and film at the Event for editorial, social media and marketing purposes.

9.2 We rely on our legitimate interests in promoting Dishoom and the Event as the lawful basis for this processing. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please tell a member of our team on arrival or email eventsteam@dishoom.com and we will take reasonable steps to avoid capturing you or to remove you from any material we use.

9.3 We intend to feature successful entrants in publicity following the Event. Please tell us at eventsteam@dishoom.com if you would prefer that we did not.

10. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

10.1 Dishoom Limited is the controller of the personal data you provide.

10.2 We collect your name, email address, telephone number and any dietary or accessibility requirements you tell us about. Information about allergies and intolerances is health data, and we process it with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us (although we may then be unable to cater for you).

10.3 We process your data in order to administer the Ballot and, if you are successful, to perform our contract with you in relation to the Event. Where we rely on legitimate interests, these are set out in clause 9.2 and in our privacy policy.

10.4 We will only send you marketing about Dishoom if you have separately opted in to receive it. You can withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time, at no cost, using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

10.5 We will keep Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which we obtained it. Thereafter, subject to certain exceptions, we will retain Personal Data until the earlier of: (i) a short period of time after you ask us to stop doing so (to allow us to implement your request); or (ii) 24 months after your last active engagement with us. If almost 24 months have expired since your last active engagement with us, we will contact you to check if you still want to hear from us. If you confirm you do, this will re-set the 24 month period to zero.

11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

11.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the terms implied by sections 9 to 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described); breach of sections 49 to 52 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services to be performed with reasonable care and skill, information to be binding, reasonable price and reasonable time); liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Dishoom is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event, except where such injury or damage is caused by the negligence of the event.

11.2 You are responsible for any loss or damage you or your guest cause to the venue or to our property by a deliberate or negligent act, to the extent that it is caused by you. agree to indemnify and hold Dishoom, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their participation in the event.

11.3 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. GENERAL

12.1 If there is any inconsistency between these terms and any promotional material relating to the Ballot or the Event, these terms will prevail. This does not affect any legal rights you may have if promotional material was misleading.

12.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, unfair or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Save that Dishoom's group companies, employees and agents may enforce clause 11, no person other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

12.5 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English and Welsh courts.

12.6 By entering the Ballot you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
