Bottomless Chai Offer

1. This promotion is open to anyone that possesses a Bottomless Chai Card, excluding employees of Dishoom, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The bearer of the Bottomless Chai Card is entitled to one complimentary Bottomless House Chai per visit (the Promotion).
3. The Promotion runs on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8AM and 6PM only during January and February 2025 at any Dishoom or Permit Room café (the Promotional Period).
4. To participate visit any Dishoom or Permit Room café, order a Bottomless House Chai and show your server your Bottomless House Chai card.
5. This Promotion is only available to dine in guests, and is subject to availability.
6. The Promotion may be claimed more than once, but redemptions must be during different visits to any Dishoom or Permit Room throughout the Promotional Period.
7. No purchase is necessary, but additional items will be charged at their standard price.
8. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
9. Dishoom may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept a Bottomless Chai Card if the holder does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if Dishoom has reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the process or the spirit of the Promotion.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishoom accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the Promotion.
11. Dishoom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Notice of the withdrawal, suspension or amendment of the offer will be posted on the Dishoom website.
12. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all participants in the Promotion agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claim relating these terms and conditions and the Promotion.
13. By presenting your Bottomless Chai Card, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
14. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
